Ross Medical Supply Co. Inc.
Established in 1974, our first office was located at 15th St and 15th Ave in Moline, IL. As the business expanded we rented other sections of the same building until we had rented a total of five offices. Initially our business was primarily in Puritan Bennett respiratory products and ultra sonic nebulizers. As our business increased we were able to include a Puritan Bennett gas warehouse. We also became providers of ambulatory aids, walkers, canes and manual or power wheelchairs and scooters.
In 1984 we moved to 4505 3rd St Moline, IL. The additional space allowed us to begin filling our own oxygen cylinders. We now have a large liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen system. We fill an average of 550 oxygen cylinders a day.
Mr. Ross had 2 goals when he started his own business -
- To give outstanding customer service
- To pump his own gases
He has succeeded in doing both.
Over the years our business has expanded tremendously. We have a rehabilitation specialist on staff. We service and repair a variety of equipment from blood pressure equipment to power wheelchairs.
We have free delivery and provide emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are able to provide service to the Quad Cities and surrounding areas. We provide loaner equipment for customers while their equipment is being serviced. We file to all major medical insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and John Deere.
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.
